During this time of growing concern about the spread of the coronavirus, we wanted to let everyone know what we are doing to address the impacts of COVID-19 pandemic, and to help our community get through this to the best of our ability. The safety and well-being of our staff and community is our highest priority. As COVID-19 affects a growing number of people in our communities, we are prepared and are taking steps to ensure we’ll continue to be there for you, and to meet your energy and water needs.
We will not be disconnecting services, nor will we be applying penalties to any customers until further notice. However, you are still being held responsible for your electricity and/or water usage. If you are having difficulty paying your bills during this time, contact us as soon as you can to arrange a payment plan that works for you.

To reduce the potential spread of illness, we have installed a glass window in the front office and we have begun the practice of “in-person” customer service again. We are still asking that you either call or email us with any issues you might be experiencing. We are also asking you to call in, go online, or utilize our drop box on the side of the building when making your payments.
